GIF to JPG Converter
GIF to JPG Converter exports the first fully composited GIF frame locally without uploading the animation.
Purpose and limits
What this tool does
Convert the visible first GIF frame into a broadly compatible JPEG image.
- Input
- One local GIF up to 25 MiB, 4,096 px per side, 128 frames and 16.7 million decoded pixels.
- Result
- One local JPEG containing only the first fully composited animation frame.
How to use it
- Choose one local GIF and review the explicit first-frame and JPEG loss warning.
- Process the animation locally within the fixed file, frame and pixel limits.
- Preview and download the first fully composited frame as a JPEG.
Limitations
- Later animation frames, timing and looping are intentionally discarded.
- Transparent pixels are flattened onto white and JPEG compression is lossy.
- Malformed, unsupported or oversized GIF data is rejected; physical mobile-device support is not claimed.
